RACHEL LE, MA, LPCC
Clinical Manager
Counseling is about more than tools for coping through difficulties in life. I believe the hope and trust you have in your therapist is just as important. I seek to let my clients know first that they are heard and respected. Your story matters, and I want to hear it.
Areas of specialty include: adjustment difficulties, mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, couples therapy, and childhood developmental disorders. Since 2012, I have been working with children and teens with autism, developmental delay, trauma, and blended families needing co-parenting support. With children, I offer play therapy, talk therapy, and behavioral modification strategies. Since 2014, I have also been working with teens and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for various mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders.
I would describe myself as an eclectic therapist who enjoys finding which treatment modalities and tools work the best for each client. Counseling is more than my theory, it’s also yours. I want to provide you with options that are the best fit for your life and personality to achieve your goals.
