Jere Chapman, MA LP
Jere is a licensed psychologist who earned his graduate degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Nebraska. He has served diverse populations in southern California, Boston, Nebraska, and northern Minnesota. He has been a staff psychologist for several Twin Cities corporate clinics, and has provided clinical services at rural medical centers, and at two colleges. He has practiced privately in Edina and Northfield. He escapes life's absurdities by cooking spicy-hot Southwestern food while planning his next fly-fishing trip to northern Colorado
Dr. Gupta
Dr. Gupta has been in practice for over 30 years. He works with a wide range of patients, 18+ and Geriatric, for their psychiatric needs. Dr. Gupta is currently accepting new patients in the Faribault office. He accepts most major insurance.
David Hall, PsyD, LP
Dr. Hall is licensed psychologist working part-time for APP. He earned his master's and doctorate from the University of St. Thomas. Dr. Hall provides psychological testing and assessment (mental health, anger management, cognitive and dementia). He provides individual psychotherapy for children and adults as well as marriage and couples therapy. He has special training in family psychology. Dr. Hall emphasizes evidenced-based practice including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. He is a consultant to local area nursing homes with much experience in geriatric mental health and rehabilitation.
Dr. Hanley
Dr. Christopher Hanley has over 10 years of experience as a board certified psychiatrist , licensed in the state of MN to provide medication management support to individuals 17 years and older. Dr. Hanley is a consultant to APP but is not accepting new patients at this time.
Dr. Karyn Larson-Smith
Dr. Karyn Larson-Smith is a highly trained therapist who works with teenagers, adults and the elderly to provide supportive, individualized treatment plans for those with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and addictions. Karyn provides a variety of services including individual therapy, forensic evaluations, psychological testing and consultations.
Amy Strait, PsyD, LP
Dr. Strait is a licensed clinical psychologist. She provides psychological assessment (e.g. court ordered, bariatric and sexual offenses) and psychotherapy (individual, couple, and family) for adults, adolescents, and children (over age 10) to address all areas of mental health (depression, anxiety, anger and coping). Dr. Strait specializes in the treatment of sexuality (sexual dysfunction, transgender, sexual compulsion) through assessment and therapy.
